Q: What is the right way of brushing your teeth?
When we hold our toothbrush in a manner, bristles make a 45-degree angle facing the gums of either upper or lower teeth. This way we can ensure that bristles reach the edge of the gum line.
After that you can make use of two techniques either you can sweep the brush from the edge of gum line towards biting surface or make a small rotation of the brush at head of gum line
To clean the inside surfaces of the front teeth, tilt the brush vertically and make several up-and-down strokes.
Also avoid horizontal brushing which makes gum tissues flat.
