Q: What is the right way of brushing your child’s teeth?

Hold your toothbrush at a 45-degree angle facing the gums of either upper or lower teeth.

Gently move the brush back and forth with short (tooth-size) strokes. Similarly use the brushing technique for outer, inner, and the chewing surfaces of the teeth.

To clean the inside surfaces of the front teeth, tilt the brush vertically and make several up-and-down strokes.
